JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Answering phone calls from our HSBC customers in a courteous and friendly manner, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer issues at first contact when possible.
  • Delivering what is promised meets customer expectations
  • Provides value-added products and services based on analysis of customer needs and ensures customer understanding of these products
  • Aim for individuality, quality and marketing by quickly introducing to customers new value-added products and services that meet their needs.
  • Performance objectives, quality and efficiency
  • Compliance with written policies and procedures

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Provides excellent customer service on key inbound customer calls by supporting training and internal communications
  • Build customer loyalty by becoming familiar with key products and services
  • Own and solve problems and understand how and when it will escalate
  • Quality control symbol
  • Real-time customer feedback through complaints, compliments and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Completion of required training and certification
  • Call numbers lead to providing valuable products and services through conversations with customers, integrating needs analysis, building relationships and overcoming
