JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Meets and/or exceeds productivity and objective goals set.
  
• Participate in ad-hoc operational/initiative projects
• Understand operational goals, vision, mandates and processes
• Follow the SOP as prescribed and provide input to improve the process.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Has problem solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Planning and execution capabilities
• Experience in technical support
• Understand HTML, X-Path & Regular Expressions & SQL is a preferred skill
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours including working nights and weekends.
  
• To obtain security clearance, all applicants must pass a background check
