JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Understand the functional aspects of customer needs
- A Raise details/problems/concerns about work results with the manager in a timely manner
- Help create documentation of customer specific applications, project specific processes and workflows
- Respect schedule/deadline.
- Maintain good relations (relationships) with team members and supervisors.
- Support in developing customer-specific documents and applications, well-defined processes and procedures.
- Participate in project planning and planning led by leadership.
- Understand the details of the quality process and the practices involved in the project from various sources
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
- Raise comments/questions/concerns about project results in a timely manner.
- requires time input from a peer/producer.
- Refactoring code based on code analysis/bugs found during unit testing or any other necessary testing process.
- Participate in peer review of the code, as required.
- Explain any potential risks to prospects and request input to resolve identified issues.
- Support equipment support as required.
- Update the traceability matrix of the work package created.
- provide support and process analysis services. Be sure of the process and tools.
