JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Gather information from various sources (data warehouse, database, data entry and design) and define standards and procedures.
• Develop record management systems and policies
• Create and maintain relationships at all levels within customers and understand their needs.
  
• Provide sales data, strategies, data insights and customer account analysis
• Identify areas to increase process efficiency and automation
• Organize and manage automated data systems
• Identify, analyze and implement tasks and external tools to facilitate data validation and deletion. Create and track key performance indicators

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Knowledge of current and future technologies
• Ability to follow rules and regulations
• knowledge of various programming languages/software (Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Matlab, SQL, etc.) and data analysis tools.
  
• Must be a customer service person
• Passion for results
• Demonstrate confidence and business ability
