JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Create a test plan with appropriate knowledge of the business requirements and the objects being tested
  
• Implement Wipro's testing process using standards-based testing and understanding best practices of test generation
• Make sure peer reviews are done and do a little work
• Work with the development team to identify and capture test cases, and ensure delivery
  
• Definition of criteria, parameters, scope/un-scope of testing and involvement in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

• Ensure that the test defects found are consistent with the criteria defined for the project/program/account with a clear definition and remediation process.
  
• Identify bug issues and prepare reports for file defects and test progress
• There is no type of rejection / exclusion of service items provided and they comply with SLAs and Wipro/Customer standards.
  
• Timely scheduling and release of test status dashboards at the end of each test execution cycle to stakeholders.
• Ensure good relationship with client w.r.t. email content, error reporting tracking, voice calls, business standards, and more.
• Timely Delivery - WSR, Test Breakdown Reports and Dashboard Updates are important to the test management repository.
• Validation of efforts in eCube, TMS and other related projects
• Quick response to customer inquiries and no internal or external complaints.
