 Genpact is Hiring | Process Developer 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Work with related support service partners to fill slots and close tickets on time.
  
• Collaborate with the IT team and organize the available catalog for quick start-up decisions. 
• Support other team members and collaborate on day-to-day operations.
  
• Ensure that data is up-to-date and accurate and is maintained in accordance with agreed upon transmissions. 
• Manage and implement projects to meet deadlines.
  
• Prepare and submit presentations for various government calls with accurate data. 
• Actively participate and spend research time with internal/external partners, vendors, legal team.
  
• Updates the SOP process frequently, documents such as scheduling when consulting and obtaining partner approvals are required.
  
• Work daily in a "no surprises" environment, letting key members know if changes are expected.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

• All exceptions/inquiries should be handled and MIS should be shared with seniors during general support/sales requests should be resolved as soon as possible.
  
• Adequate decisions and within the scope of TAT MIS are maintained for the process being handled Work to reduce customer complaints Make suggestions for process improvements.
