JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Review CSAT feedback and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Follow the Critsit process to fix the problem in time.
Record and schedule events. Interact with vendors/operators.
Keep the problem/problem aggravating and refer/escalate (services and arrangements) to the correct team (suppliers/level 3).
Contribute to the FAQ/KR database/help update the knowledge base.
Contribution to continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives.
Responsible for creating application forms and communicating with key stakeholders for this project and ensuring that the application process is successful for new entrants.
Effective land management.

Eligibility Criteria-

Bachelor of Science/Business/Engineering or equivalent

Graduation on 19/20/21/22/2023

10th/12th/Graduation-60% all

IMPORTANT POINTS:-

Raise comments/questions/concerns about project results in a timely manner.
Requires time input from a peer/producer.
Refactoring code based on code analysis/bugs found during unit testing or any other necessary testing process.
Participate in peer review of the code, as required.
Explain any potential risks to prospects and request input to resolve identified issues.
Support equipment support as required.
Update the traceability matrix of the work package created.
Provide support and process analysis services.
