JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Find a solution for routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Make a High presence in your own work and be closely supervised
  • Be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Interact with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about products or services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Identify and assess customer issues or complaints and work towards finding effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Use active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns and needs.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Customer service associates may need to have technical expertise to troubleshoot issues related to products or services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers as required
