JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Find a solution for routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
- Interact with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, or in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products or services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Identify and assess customer issues or complaints and work towards finding effective solutions.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Use active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns and needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Customer service associates may need to have technical expertise to troubleshoot issues related to products or services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as required
