KEY ROLES AND REPONSIBILITY :
- Gain knowledge and experience in a specialized area or profession
- Gain relevant practical experience and knowledge of services or solutions specific to the area or project
- Ensure general administration of specific areas or functions
- Organize meetings, logistics, bookings and record keeping
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and review process data for accuracy.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies that they will investigate and correct or escalate for resolution
- Provide support to customers with low complexity questions and keep records and/or lists of all questions
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written skills
- Professional character and appearance
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle complaints, problems and inquiries with a professional hand, and promote resolution and improvement
- The ability to provide quality services through their sponsorship offerings

- An analytical mind has a desire to identify problems and/or flaws

Degrees and Certifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Certification is important
Required Experience:
- Relevant professional experience is desirable but not essential
- Some experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
