JOB ROLE :
Cadence employees play a critical role in bringing new creative ideas to Cadence and helping us in our quest to solve technical challenges. Interns are part of a project team and they must learn the tools, processes and technologies related to the project. Trainees are assigned a mentor/manager who constantly assists them and guides them through the learning process. During this training, trainees have the opportunity to work on many real-life projects to learn how real equipment works. They also learn about work in one of the world agencies.
By the first day in caltance, the expected to grow high performance performance. They are encouraged and supported to take charge of their learning and make the most of this opportunity to learn and develop their skills. With the combination of passion and creative ability, the employees are expected to raise their arms and make an impact for Cadence.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- A young engineer with a degree in Electronics or Comp Science
- Digital/analog skills are very good
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Expert algorithm is good
- team player
- Strong energy and eager to learn
- It is best to speak and write
- Knowledge of PCB schematics, layout and manufacturing processes is a plus.
