JOB DESCRIPTION :
In order to fill the TunnelBear team with face-to-face capabilities, we need to fill a position on the MIC to help with growth and continuity. It will be for 12 to 18 months. This is the remotest place in India. We will only consider applicants who are currently in India and do not offer relocation assistance at this time.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
- You will resolve customer issues through multiple channels and for multiple products.
- You'll be surrounded by a team of passionate employees with whom you'll brainstorm, collaborate, be challenged and together solve customer problems.
- You will interact with many technical people in the company and the company as well as developers and project managers.
- You will develop your skills according to your interests, increasing the workload as you progress through the organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely both in writing and orally.
- Excellent written and communication skills with emphasis on grammatical accuracy.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Possess active listening skills.
- Concept of ownership and ability to manage customer expectations.
