 Emerson Off Campus Drive Recruitment 2023  Software Development Engineer 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Develop software applications using best practices within an Agile team
• Check the Teammate code
• Help plan and coordinate new initiatives and operations
• Perform software assurance testing
• Perform assigned technical support activities
• Participate in other project activities as assigned by management

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

• Organize new technology and knowledge sharing sessions with other team members.
  
• Create case studies and related materials in completed projects. Provide input on research tools/technologies that can be used for Architect.
  
• Organize KT sessions for new members. Mentor ELTs and newcomers.
  
• Attend personal training to ensure high communication standards and business ethics are maintained at all times. Support for the maintenance of the CoE website.
  
• Collect and present technical artifacts on performance and scalability from various sources. 
• Contribute to the knowledge base and tools.
  
• Identify opportunities for rapid adoption of PACE solutions and provide feedback to improve them.
