JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Good understanding of key technical terms and procedures important in US income tax filing;
  
• Demonstrate understanding of complex technical terms
• Prepare complex tax returns
• Always provide good service
• Take on more advanced and less complex tasks
  Demonstrated
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate, develop and delegate to tax auditors
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective responses to customer needs and concerns
• Manage relationships with EY colleagues
• Assist seniors and managers with special tasks, when requested
• Quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
• Demonstrate professionalism and balance in behavior, conduct, communication, behavior and relationships with others
• Promote, motivate and manage tax inspectors
• New Mentor Group
• Get involved in building a high-quality team

SKILLS REQUIRED :

• A good understanding of the key technical terms and procedures important in filing a U.S. citizen's tax return demonstrates a
• understanding of complex technical terms
