JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Supervises the execution of construction work, including subcontractors, and ensures that work is carried out according to the contract/bill of quantities, construction drawings, company quality standards, company HSSE practices, and timeliness.
  
• Set a daily work schedule for this job based on the schedule. 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the work and the workers to ensure that the production goals have been met or improved and take appropriate action if necessary.
  
• Close relationships with team members to improve resource utilization. 
• Conduct site inspections to assist the engineering team in obtaining engineering solutions.
  
• Prepare and write daily reports to promote daily progress, weather, and facilities including manpower and equipment. 
• Other work-related duties as required by manager/engineer.
  
• Assist site engineers in developing process statements and risk assessments for all site activities. 
• Able to work independently and as a good team member.
• Able to communicate at all levels and attend daily site meetings. 
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with staff and co-workers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical certificate with at least 3 years of related experience.
  
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in site operations.
• Knowledge of construction and specifications will be an advantage.
  
• New graduates will be considered and on-the-job training will be provided.
